The Roomer S is a portable overhead lift that moves a client from one room to another in a single transfer, without cutting into doorway headers or adding turntables and rail switches. It suits homes with sliding or fire doors where structural work is not on the table.
Who it suits
Clients who need full hoist support for every transfer, and who currently get moved twice because the bedroom and the bathroom are on separate systems. Two, three and four point suspension are all supported, so the sling plan you already have can usually carry across. Soft start, soft stop and a constant lifting speed keep the movement predictable whatever the client weighs.
The unit is light enough to move between rooms, charging runs through the hand control, and the lift records usage data that can be pulled off for service and review. Hanger bars come in three widths and are ordered separately.
