Children with limited head control need the head steadied before the rest of a seating or hygiene setup can do its job. These are the R82 head support pads that do that on the Flamingo, Flamingo High-low, Heron and Swan Curo frames.
Two profiles sit under this listing. Head support no. 2 is the wider pad with deep sides, so it gives lateral contact as well as support behind the head and suits a child whose head falls to one side. Head support no. 4 is the alternative profile in the same range, for a child who needs less containment.
The pads are moulded polyurethane in grey, which wipes clean and copes with a wet environment, so the same pad works on a shower or toilet chair as it does on a seating system. A complete head support is one pad plus one bar system, and the bars come in swan neck, straight and turtle shapes in stainless steel.
