The Pacific Kingston is a day chair for clients who need to be moved to and from a dining table while seated. It has braked castors and a push handle at the rear, so a carer can bring the person right in to the table and take them away again without a transfer.
The armrests fold down, which clears the side for a lateral transfer and lets the chair tuck under a table. Seat height adjusts by a push button on each leg, so the chair can be set to give a stable foot plant for the person using it. The frame is rounded tubular steel with a padded seat, contoured backrest and easy clean vinyl.
Who it suits
It suits residential aged care dining rooms and home settings where mealtimes involve moving someone while they stay seated. Available in standard and wide.
