A tray for the Wombat Living, mounting to the chair so the user has a work surface at the right height in front of them.
A tray does more than hold things. With the forearms supported on it, the shoulders settle and the trunk steadies, which frees the head and hands for whatever the user is doing. That could be eating, a communication device, school work or play.
For carers and teachers it means the activity comes to the user, with no need to move them to a table, which is quicker and keeps them in a seating position that has already been set up properly.
It lifts off when the chair is being moved or transferred into.
