For a child with strong adductor tone, keeping the legs apart is often what makes standing tolerable and worthwhile, and a strap takes some of the repeated repositioning away from the carer. It fits the Caribou accessory system, so it goes on and comes off quickly when the frame is shared between children.

This is the size 1 strap, so check it against the frame size your client is using. Follow the R82 assembly instructions when fitting it.
