Angled cutlery is for the client who can get the food onto the utensil but cannot turn the wrist to get it to the mouth. The heads on this set are set over so the spoon or fork arrives level without forearm rotation, and the knife is angled for a rocking cut that needs no twist at all.
The handles are the same light grey ribbed foam used across the range: fat enough to fill a weak or arthritic hand, textured so a damp hand does not slide, and light so a tired arm can lift a loaded fork.
