Some children sit with their knees falling together, which pulls the pelvis out of neutral and makes the whole seated position harder to hold. This padded abduction block mounts at the front of the Trollino seat and gives the legs something to sit either side of.
The padding means it can stay in place for the length of a school day or an outing without marking the skin. It removes when it is not wanted, so the chair can be set up differently for an activity or for a transfer.
Because it is an option on the seat, therapists can add it once they have seen how the child sits.
