A detachable pad for the footplate of the medium SmartSeatPro II, giving a softer surface under the feet for a client who sits in the chair for most of the day. Foot support is doing real work in a seating prescription: it feeds sensation back, reduces load on the thighs and stops the pelvis sliding forward in search of a foot position.

The pad takes the hard edge off the footplate, which helps a client with pressure risk at the heel or with ankle contracture where the foot contacts unevenly. Being detachable means it lifts off for cleaning or replacement without the footplate coming apart, useful in a shared care setting.
