Sliding beats lifting. The Slipeze sits under a person in bed and lets a carer move them up the mattress, across to another surface or onto their side without taking any of their weight by hand. Two low-friction faces run against each other, so the effort drops to a push rather than a haul.
It comes in two sizes. The smaller sheet suits turning and hip repositioning; the longer one covers full-length moves up or across the bed. Blue and red are the same sheet in two colours, which is useful when a home or a ward wants to keep sets apart. It washes in the machine, folds small enough to keep at the bedside, and stands up to daily reuse.
