The Constructa Flex is a modular cushion built for a pelvis that will not stay where you put it. Positioning blocks inside the cushion are moved and inverted to set hip flexion, control abduction, accommodate a windswept posture or take up a leg length difference, so one cushion can be reshaped at each review as a client changes.
The high contour version gives firm side shaping to hold the thighs and trochanters, which suits a client who slides forward or drifts laterally. An ischial well offloads the sit bones and the dual layer foam blocks blend into it without a hard edge, so pressure is managed while the pelvis is held.
The pelvic adjustment kit is included, so you can correct an obliquity at the fitting without ordering parts in.
