Arm supports for the Grillo, for clients who cannot grip a handlebar or should not be loading the hands and wrists. The forearm rests on the support and the load travels up the limb, which keeps the shoulders set and the trunk upright while the client works on stepping.
They adjust for height, direction, depth, tilt and inclination, so a therapist can bring an asymmetrical client back towards midline, or set one side differently from the other where that is what the presentation calls for. Adjustments are made on the frame, so a position can be tuned during the session itself.
They come in sizes to suit the Grillo frame, and arm straps can be added where the forearm will not stay put on its own.
