Some children need their thigh held in one set position. This combo pairs a paediatric fixed-angle arm support with a fixed thigh support on shared rail-mount hardware, giving a child steady forearm support and firm lateral control at the thigh from a single attachment point.
Holding the thigh stops the pelvis rolling and sliding, and that gives the trunk something to work against. With the forearms carrying normal weight on the arm pad, the shoulders settle and the child has a better base for reaching, eating and communicating. For carers, the shared mechanism means fewer parts to unclip when getting the child in and out of the chair.
Both the arm and thigh pads are selected separately so you can size them to the child.
