This is the High Easy in the smallest sizes Silvalea make, for very small adults and older children who are lost in a standard sling. A sling that is too big lets the client sink through it, and this one is cut to actually fit.

It is an in situ design, so once assessed it can stay under the client between transfers and save a lot of rolling. Integral head support with removable stays holds the head for a client with no neck control, and the divided legs give you hip positioning.

Superfine mesh is the fabric here, in single or double layer. It is fine, it breathes, and it sits flat under a client who is spending long periods seated. The D-Anserclip fixing clicks on and off and suits hoists set up for clip attachment.
