Clamping rings are the parts that stay bolted to the wheelchair frame and give the Klaxon linking system something to grab. They are what makes a one movement attachment of the power add on possible.

This set is the left and right pair shaped for oval frame tubing in the Sunrise Medical profile, supplied complete. The lateral linking system needs both sides, so the pair is ordered together for a chair that does not already have them fitted.

Fitting is done by an authorised technician and the rings then stay on the chair permanently, including when the add on is off. Because tube shape and size vary between wheelchair brands and even between models in a range, measuring the frame before ordering saves a lot of time.
