About this product

For a client who tends to adduct or scissor their legs in the xRover, the central wedge sits between the knees and holds the legs in a neutral, separated position. Keeping the hips apart takes strain off the adductors and helps the pelvis stay square in the seat, which in turn steadies the trunk and head.

This is the taller of the two wedge heights, so it suits a bigger child or an adult, or anyone whose legs need more than a token separation to stay where you put them.

It drops into the reinforced fixation insert in any xRover REHA and comes out again just as easily, so you can test it as part of a wider seating change without committing to anything permanent.
